Get the most out of your vacation. Fit Foods and Fun Retreats aren't your typical, high priced fitness and weight loss camps. Fit Foods and Fun Retreats are private plant based home-stays.  With the beauty of the Colorado Monument in the background, you will live with a health coach, personal trainer and nutritional therapy chef to guide you in becoming your healthiest self.  Keeping the retreat one on one and personal means Michele gets to know you well enough to design the program you are going to achieve more success with. At Fit Foods and Fun Fitness Retreats you will get focused personal attention. You can choose a cooking and eating only retreat or a total immersion retreat. The total immersion will include health coaching, personal training and healthy plant based food for half the price you would pay at a larger weight loss resort. One on One guidance and attention will keep you motivated on your health journey. Learn how to reach and maintain your optimal weight and lifelong fitness goals while having fun and enjoying tasty vegan meals.

Activity substitutions: Tennis, Mountain Biking, Zumba, Tai Chi, Fit 

Dance, Jogging, Biking. Massage is an extra fee and can not be substituted. Cooking lessons are hands on and interactive.
